Cidex Activated Glutaraldehyde Solution

For over 45 years, CIDEX^® Activated Glutaraldehyde Solution has been used and recognized as a worldwide trusted brand for effective high-level disinfection of flexible endoscopes and other medical devices.

Containing 2.4% glutaraldehyde and tested and cleared as a high-level disinfectant, it is:

• Effective – achieves high-level disinfection in 20 minutes at 20°C 
• Long Lasting – Reusable for up to 14 days when monitored with CIDEX^® Solution Test Strips
• Compatible – Can be used safely to disinfect a wide range of instruments, reducing the risk of damage and associated cost of repairs

CIDEX^® can be used to disinfect a wide range of medical instruments, made of aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, plastics and elastomers.

CIDEX^® Activated Glutaraldehyde Solution provides a wide spectrum efficacy against bacteria, mycobacteria, viruses and fungi. The solution can also achieve some sporicidal activity with longer exposure time.
